What was the first time you met your companion have met?
I got to meet his dad at a family friend’s wedding in the bar. We shared shots, and I had no idea that three years later, I would have my father-in law. What was your best moment from your wedding?
My most memorable moment from my wedding was the moment I made my entrance. The moment I did my dance was when I sang a tune together with the 14 bridal party in the mandap. In addition, during the reception, there was 10 minutes of a drone show that took place in the sky in the ocean. The show was custom-made to Sanjeet as well as I with over 500 drone lights that lit up the sky with our hashtag, wedding date wedding rings, wedding date, etc.
If you could make any change regarding the wedding day(s) What would you alter?
I’d like to attend Baraat. I viewed at the Baraat via a balcony however I would have liked to have been there. The entire bridal party (150 people) performed the flash mob dance during the Baraat as they welcomed the groom’s side.
What would you like to know that you knew prior to beginning planning your wedding?
I wish I’d been aware of how fast the weekend goes through. We worked for 9-12 months on the wedding, and it went through the air in the flash of an eye. I wish I’d enjoyed every second to appreciate the work and effort put into the event.
What advice would you offer to couples who are entering the wedding time of planning?
Take note of the lessons you’d like to get from each event, and from the whole weekend.
What do you wish guests to be able to remember?
